Balsamic Mushrooms

1 lb mushrooms
2 T balsamic vinegar
1 T red wine
1\2 t sesame oil
4 sprigs of parsley

separate parsley crowns and finely chop stems.
Braise the parsley stems with mushrooms in the vinegar ,wine and sesame oil and reduce to sauce like thickness.

Serve and sprinkle with parsley crowns
